Alcohol likely not factor in accidents; 2 were killed

Alcohol does not appear to have factored into a round of holiday-weekend car crashes that left two dead and one seriously injured. Mark P. Phillips, 71, of Lake Geneva, Wis., died Monday in a crash near Hebron, and Robert P. Kowalski, 17, of Johnsburg, died Sunday in a crash in Richmond Township.
